- What kind of software do you build?
- Custom AI software, web systems and portals, iOS and Android apps, workflow automation, and full business digitalization projects. Each one is built for the specific business — we do not resell a template or a fixed product.
- Who do you work with?
- Mainly small and medium businesses (SMEs) — owner-run companies, professional practices and growing teams in Malaysia and Singapore. Enquiries go to the founder directly, so you deal with the person building your software rather than an account manager.
- Where are you based, and do you work outside Malaysia?
- We are based in Kajang, Selangor, inside the Klang Valley. We work with clients across Malaysia and in Singapore, and run discovery, build reviews and handover online when meeting in person is not practical.
- How does an engagement work?
- A short conversation, then a discovery session to pin down the real problem. You receive a written scope and a quote for that scope. Development runs in iterations with regular check-ins, and finishes with a tested handover and written documentation.
- How long does a project take?
- It depends on scope — a focused automation is not the same piece of work as a multi-role web system. After discovery you receive an indicative schedule together with the written scope, so you know the timeline before you commit to anything.
- How do I start?
- Send a WhatsApp message or the enquiry form with two or three lines about the problem you want solved. Chrest Koo reads every enquiry personally and will tell you what the next step looks like.
- How quickly will you respond?
- WhatsApp messages are typically replied to within a few hours during business hours. For enquiries submitted via the form, expect a response within one business day.

- English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin — whichever you are most comfortable speaking or writing. This website is currently published in English only.
